Accreditation and Curriculum

The course meets curriculum requirements set by the National Health Career Association (NHA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), and the New York State Education Department. It is geared towards preparing graduates for the NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) Professional Certification. The curriculum, approved by the New York State Education Department and the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET), encompasses both theoretical knowledge and clinical training.

Participants will receive a phlebotomy textbook, uniform, and supplies. The program includes preparation for the NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) exam, which can be taken at New Age Training as it is an NHA Approved Testing Center.
